What is the Virginia Dental Club?
Virginia Dental Club is a subscription-based discount dental plan. For one flat annual fee, you get free preventive care plus 20% off most other services at our Fishersville office. It's not insurance — there are no claim forms, no waiting periods, no annual maximums, and benefits activate the day you join.
How much does membership cost?
Membership is $279/year for an Individual and $259/year for each Additional Member added under the same household. There is no enrollment fee. The plan auto-renews annually and you can cancel any time. (Pricing TODO — verify with VDC partner before launch.)
Where can I use my membership?
Your Virginia Dental Club membership is valid at Willis Family Dentistry on Medical Park Drive in Fishersville and at any other Virginia-area participating practice. The Find a Dentist tool on virginiadentalclub.com lists every active office.
How soon can I use my membership?
Immediately. There are no waiting periods. Once you complete enrollment, your benefits activate the same day — call us to book your first visit at 540-885-8037.
Can I add my whole family?
Yes. Additional family members under the same household can be added at the discounted rate of $259/year per person. The same benefits apply to each member.
Can the plan be combined with insurance?
No. Virginia Dental Club cannot be combined with insurance or any other office promotion. It's designed for patients without insurance, or whose insurance doesn't cover routine dental care well — which is more common than people realize, especially around Augusta County.
What about emergency visits?
Emergency exams and X-rays are covered with no charge under your membership. Any treatment beyond the exam (such as a filling, crown, or root canal) is discounted at 20% off our standard fee.
