Willis Family Dentistry — Fishersville, VA

about · augusta county

We work here, hire here, and see you around.

A dental office in a place the size of Fishersville doesn't get to be anonymous. The people in our chairs are the people in the checkout line in Waynesboro, on the shift schedule at Augusta Health, in the bleachers in Stuarts Draft. That's an accountability structure, not a marketing line — you recommend treatment differently when you'll run into the patient on Saturday.

Our patients come from across Augusta County — Staunton, Waynesboro, Stuarts Draft, Fishersville, Verona, and the farms and neighborhoods between them. Most are a short drive up or down I-81 or Route 250.

Rooted in the medical corridor

The office sits on the Augusta Health campus — the county's medical center of gravity — as an independent practice with its own team of local hires: hygienists, assistants, and front-desk staff who live in the same towns our patients do. Payroll here stays in the Valley.

That local ownership matters beyond us. Willis & Associates Family Dentistry — founded here in 2012 — has grown across Virginia, practice by practice, town by town. It all traces back to Fishersville.

The county's calendar, our schedule

A practice serving Augusta County families learns the local rhythm: back-to-school checkups in August, mouthguards when fall sports start, wisdom-teeth season over summer break, and every December a scramble to spend insurance benefits before they expire. The schedule anticipates all of it.

Local organizations with a community request — a team, a school event, a fundraiser — are welcome to reach the front desk, who will route it to the right person.

Questions we hear in the chair

Do you sponsor local teams or events?
We're glad to hear from local organizations — call the office or use the contact page and the front desk will route your request to the right person.
Which areas do your patients come from?
Fishersville first, then the ring around it — Staunton, Waynesboro, Stuarts Draft, Verona, and the rest of Augusta County. Most patients are within about fifteen minutes of the Augusta Health campus.
We just moved to the area. How do we get established?
Call or book online and mention you're new to the Valley. Have your insurance card with you at the first visit, give us the name of your old practice so we can take care of the records transfer, and if you like, we'll line the whole family up on a single visit rhythm.
