01 · When you arrive
Easy parking, an unhurried welcome
You'll find us at 41 S Medical Park Drive, Suite #100, across from Augusta Health on the same hospital campus. You have plenty of dedicated parking right at the door — no hospital decks, no street meters, no wandering for a spot. If you've been to Augusta Health for anything else, you already know the way.
You'll be greeted by name when you walk in. Your forms are printed and ready if you filled them out online; paperwork is ready if you didn't (you can save time by registering on the patient registration page beforehand). Our waiting area is intentionally quiet — natural light, real chairs, a real coffee machine. You're not waiting forty-five minutes past your appointment time. We don't double-book.
02 · Your visit
Modern dentistry at a calm pace
Your hygienist takes you back, asks how you've been, and walks you through what's on the schedule before anything starts. You'll see exactly what we see if we're using digital X-rays or your Itero Elements scan — full-color images right on the monitor next to you, with plain-language explanations of anything worth discussing.
Your Itero scan is the most-commented-on part of a first visit. It's a small wand, ten minutes, no goopy impressions, and a 3D model of your bite at the end. You'll see your teeth from angles you've never seen before — and if anything needs attention, you can rotate the model and look at exactly what we're looking at, instead of taking our word for it.
Your dentist comes in for the exam after your hygienist's work is done. Your questions are welcome at any point. You can hear the full plan before any treatment is scheduled — we stop and talk. There is no commission for getting you to say yes today. Read more about the dentist you'll meet.

Your scheduling happens with the front desk while you're standing there. You can request a visit online later if a busy week is in the way — kids' carpools, a Murphy Deming class schedule, an Augusta Health shift. You'll get text and email reminders so visits don't slip off your radar.
