Dr. Brian Podbesek leads a team that welcomes families from across Fishersville, Staunton, Waynesboro, and the Shenandoah Valley. Our front desk and clinical staff are here to make scheduling, insurance, and billing the simplest part of caring for your smile — so you can focus on the visit itself.

Office Policies

A few things to know.

We keep our policies simple and patient-friendly. Here are the basics — ask us anytime if you need clarification.

Scheduling & cancellations

We hold your appointment time for you, so we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if your plans change. Same-day changes happen sometimes — just call us as soon as you know and we’ll work it out.

Late arrivals

Plan to arrive about ten minutes early so we can verify insurance and review your forms together. If you’re running late, give us a quick call — we’ll let you know whether we can still see you in your full window.

Privacy & HIPAA

Your medical and dental records are protected under HIPAA. We don’t share information without your written authorization, and our practice management system meets all HIPAA security requirements. A full copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices is available at the front desk.

Financial policy

Co-payments and patient portions are due at the time of service. We’ll provide a written estimate before any treatment begins so there are no surprises. For larger treatment plans, ask about CareCredit or our in-house payment options.
