I hadn’t been to a dentist in a very long time and I was really nervous about everything but from the beginning the whole staff was kind, caring and very professional. Connie did my cleaning and I was a little nervous at first but she was awesome. She was gentle and an made sure that I was doing good throughout the process. Dr. Sidiqqi did all of the fillings I had to have done and my wisdom teeth extractions and she and her assistant were great. They are really good with patients and I’m going to miss going to see them in the future.

I highly recommend Willis and Associates!! The employees are so friendly and they listen to you. Very good bedside manners. They tell you everything they are doing step by step. I am glad I switched to this Dental Practice. They knew I was a little scared but they did everything to make me comfortable and the dental assistance never left my side and even gave me her hand to hold. I finally found a dentist that I truly like and do not mind going to.

This was the best experience I have had with a dental office ever! The staff were as sweet as can be, extremely helpful, and personable…Sam especially, he was great!! When cleaning my teeth they took their time, and made sure I was always comfortable! Towards the end of my visit, they came up with a treatment plan and walked me through how they plan on executing it. Overall I was in and out in no time and with nothing but good vibes! I highly recommend making your next visit through Willis Family Dentistry!

After being greeting by the most delightful office personal named Devon, I had a wonderful experience in the chair with Dr. Sanie. He was very thorough with explaining everything and answered all my questions. At check out, I was using new insurance and Devon had the knowledge of an experienced insurance agent walking me through my charges and explained what would be covered by my health plan. For someone that doesn’t like visiting the dentist, these two professionals made my visit pleasurable!

I had my initial appointment this morning. They answered the phone immediately when I arrived. They took my temperature and handing me my paper work. Once I finished the paperwork, I called and was taken back after the call. Connie cleaned my teeth. I’ve never had a better experience getting my teeth cleaned (I didn’t feel a thing). She walked me through every step and explained anything that I didn’t understand. The main dentist arrived shortly after the cleaning and he was just as professional as the rest of the staff. My first experience was great, I’d like to see them again and that’s rare for me.

I am new to the area and one of my teeth needed immediate care. I can honestly say Willis Family Dentistry staff is the best I have seen in motion across the East Coast. My husband and I have relocated numerous times and this company by far exceeds the norm in friendly, accommodating customer service and dental care. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish and typically no one enjoys going to the dentist! I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking superb dentistry.

I am rating this office a 5. Many who knows me, knows that going to the dentist is one of my greatest fears. I have anxiety attack as soon as my mouth opens. Dr. Sanie and Juliana took great care of me. I was instructed to raise my left hand if I had any pain, needless to say that old left hand went up and Dr. Sanie stopped immediately. The entire office staff have been great, lord knows I have called them enough. After my extractions, I have called the office with concerns and have been seen the same day. Job well done

I woke up yesterday with terrible pain and decided to call Dr. Willis’ Waynesboro office. They insisted on staying after 5 to make sure I didn’t go one more day in pain. I was so impressed with them from the very start. When I arrived, the dental assistant who stayed with me throughout my visit, Julia, made me feel right at home. She made sure I was comfortable and thoroughly explained what all would be happening at this appointment. Dr. Sanie was gentle and reassuring and the procedure took the two of them only 5 minutes from start to finish. It was wonderful. Julia went over the entire after care sheet with me, which I sincerely appreciated since she was already held past closing time. I didn’t feel at all rushed or as if I was an inconvenience to anyone. She even provided me with a goody bag of samples. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would.

Best dentist in town! I FEAR going and have put it off because of that and end up needing work. Not only did they completely make me feel comfortable and safe they provide PRACTICAL solution and treatment options with financial cost to patient in mind. I had more work done than ever before and it was a painless experience from tooth to pocketbook. Stop looking. They are the best.

I recently had a root canal and crown performed by Dr. Sanie and his dental assistant Rae. I have never been treated so well. Both Dr. Sanie and Rae were unbelievably polite and caring to my needs and my comfort. I felt no pain during my procedure nor did I feel any pain afterwards. Throughout my procedure, Dr. Sanie was thorough and professional and both of them made me feel like they were treating a friend not just another patient. That meant and continues to mean a great deal to me. Thank you both! Willis Family Dentistry has a fantastic and professional Waynesboro staff. I have never seen nor met a better team. They all work together like family and make you feel very welcomed and cared for. I have always felt in very good hands there and will continue to refer everyone to them!
