He began his career at Willis & Associates Family Dentistry Fishersville, where he transitioned to become the Founder and CEO of Willis & Associates Family Dentistry. Dr. Willis’s approach to dentistry centers on patient-first care, quality training and mentorship for his team of doctors, and using the best materials available.
Dr. Willis’s journey in dentistry began with a commitment to excellence and a vision to create a dental practice that prioritizes patient care above all else. His Crozet Family Dental office became the cornerstone of what is now one of Virginia’s fastest-growing dental groups. Overseeing operations as the lead dentist, Dr. Willis has expanded his group to include 17 practices, all while maintaining a focus on doctor led dental practices providing the best possible dental care. Dr. Willis believes that when dental practices are led by dentists, the goals of the practice are more closely aligned with the needs of the patients. This philosophy has been a driving force behind the success and growth of Willis & Associates Family Dentistry.
