Fantastic experience from the very start: this is NOT your parent’s dental office. Simple scheduling and check-in with SPOT-ON Covid-19 precautions throughout. Friendly, knowledgeable staff were a pleasure to speak with and very helpful. From the ever-patient reception nurses to the hygienist and dentist, every question was answered and every procedure plainly explained. This experience truly changed the way I feel about going to the dentist…absolutely true. Would DEFINITELY recommend…and I’m already scheduled for my next appointment! Love these folks!

My dental hygienist Sam was so friendly, polite and professional. He took extra care to make the exam and cleaning as comfortable as possible, which I so appreciated!
The front desk staff was kind and responsive, able to schedule future appointments to fit my needs. Dr. Podbesek was professional and attentive. He completed the exam without causing any discomfort. I’ve found the best place for dental care!

Finally got to visit to a dentist after over a year between appointments. Recently moved to Staunton and needed a new dentist. So glad I found Willis I was delighted with my first visit for a cleaning and doctors exam today. Friendly and professional from booking the appointment, to greeting me and making me feel like one of the family. I was In and out in about an hour with plenty of time to talk with the hygienist and the dentist. Highly recommended.

For my very first visit I was really impressed to come into a office where the front end was very friendly and helpful they also worked very well as a team and the best part no gossiping of personal outside things. Once in the room I was offered to watch TV which was shocking because no office has that and Reagan was really sweet and it was a plus my daughter name is Raegan as well lol. With meeting Dr Willis he was very friendly warm personality helpful and my favorite fast. I think I made a excellent choice and can’t wait to return for a cleaning and I recommend this office to anyone looking for a excellent dentist and office this team rocks. Oh and not a long wait getting back to be seen was great to thanks for a laid back calm and peaceful visit .

5 stars does not do this business justice! A new customer with severe tooth pain and they brought me in that very afternoon to the office. Did an x-ray and some testing and sent me to Harrisonburg to have a root canal at Cardinal. After visiting Cardinal it was further determined that my tooth was cracked and the tooth needed to be extracted. Called Willis Dentistry back and they not only scheduled me for the next morning, but started before hours and had me in the chair by 7:30AM. All of the Staff are all very friendly with customer service clearly their highest priority. They explained everything to me including the insurance and what to expect throughout the procedure. Dr. Brian Podbesek clearly knows what he is doing and as he went through the extraction process he explained everything as it was happening and prepared me for each action that may cause discomfort. There was very little pain throughout the experience and as someone who grew up through some traumatic dental office experiences, they eased all of that anxiety. If you have any such concerns with dental procedures, this is definitely a good place to help you get more comfortable in the chair.

This is my first time into the Fishersville office and this is by far my favorite office to visit. I was greeted and taken care of by the outgoing front office staff with a smile on their faces and were very polite. Krysta was the dental assistant that helped me out and she was amazing. Very polite, made me feel very comfortable, and knew what she was doing. Dr. Podbesek, also again was great and helped solve the problem I was having. I will recommend them to all friends and family and be back to this location for all future dentistry work.

So this dentist office was amazing!
I haven’t been for a very long time, they were thorough, personable and very professional. They answered all my questions/concerns completely. Dr. Willis was awesome and SOOOOO NICE!
I plan on going back for all the dental work I need done, as well at setting up appointments for my husband and daughter. I am so so so thrilled I finally found a great place!!

I hadn’t been to a dentist in about 9 years due to not having dental insurance. The staff at Willis Family Dentistry never made me feel judged or embarrassed for my irresponsibility! After that first visit, I had a couple cavities that needed to be filled. My cavity appointment was pain free, surprisingly fast, and a great experience. I went back today for my 6 month cleaning and had another great visit! Dr. Brian and his wonderful team of hygienists and office staff make going to the dentist a pleasant experience… definitely not something to fear or dread!

Have been going to this dentist since I moved here in 2012. The first time was an emergency – one of my crowns had come out – and they took me immediately. They were caring and efficient, and I’ve been going to them ever since. The hygienist is wonderful and friendly, and the dentist is very professional, but also friendly and easy to talk to. I was very impressed at how he explained his findings. The receptionists are courteous and friendly, and there is never a long wait. This entire practice goes the “extra mile” to make me feel cared for and welcome.
